A little gem in Kyiv 🇺🇦
Had the most lekker time! The front desk chommies were fantastic, and the beer from their own brewery was great! Rooms are spacious and neat. There's a little shopping centre close by. Felt right at home!
Just a bit of a mission to walk to the nearest metro with the ongoing roadworks.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Pleasant designed room and comfortable bed.
limited drinks at breakfast. (without paying for extra). Very dark in reception / lobby areas Long distance from airport, extra charges incurred. Shower curtain!. - Why have a curtain so far in the bath that it just will not stop clinging to you?

Well designed
Poorly run. Service was incredibly slow, especially in the restaurants. Staff were brusque - seemed to be there to enforce the rules, not find solutions. No room service, even with two restaurants in the hotel, which was annoying. Mini-bar was unnecessarily limited. Could not charge hotel restaurant bills to the room - again annoying and unnecessary. This hotel is well out of town and not cheap. Given the service, I will not stay there again.

It is a nice hotel. Breakfast is good. English is good.
Room is small. Bed is hard. Staf never laugh and will not look into your eyes.

The Privilege Double Room felt spacious and well-maintained. Great feature, access to a mini-bar stocked with local crafts. The nearby shopping mall is perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials. The breakfast lacked options, especially for dietary restrictions. No plant-based milk or herbal teas available was disappointing. On a busy morning, the slow service at the restaurant was frustrating. I had to wait a long time for my coffee. The bed was comfortable, but the noise from the street at night affected sleep quality.

The hotel is perfect, clean with a modern design. The breakfast choices are perfect with fried eggs, bacon plus sausage. Very-very nice staff at the reception desk, everything is great. The location is great and unbeatable, 3 km from Ua Destination.
